• Enter the quantity of each desired issue in the box provided below each cover. To assist you in deciding which issues you may wish to purchase, you may click on the cover of any issue to view the table of contents of that specific issue.
• Once you have selected the issues you wish to purchase, scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your shipping information and click continue.
• A new window will appear with a summary of your order. If the information is correct, you may click on "View printable order form/invoice" at the bottom of the page.
• You will then be able to print the form, attach your cheque or money order and mail your order as per the instructions noted on the form. You also have the option of faxing the form to our confidential fax number (905-897-7954) with your credit card information.
